Custom orders:

We are open to custom orders, which can range from small alterations of existing hats (colors, details, etc.) to full on
custom hats based on your design, a character we don't offer, etc. Custom orders start at $30 and go up by increments of
$5, based on the materials, labor, time, difficulty, details, etc. The best way to find out if we can help you is to email us! We
will get back to you ASAP with a quote.

The fastest way to pay for your goods is through Paypal, but we also take money orders or checks.

Shipping and Handling:

All hats start at $3 S&H, and will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. For every extra hat you
order, an extra $1 is added to your order to cover the cost of shipping.

We DO ship internationally at a rate if $5 for the first hat, and then $3 for each hat after. Provide an up to date address- I will write it down the exact way you give it to me, so make sure it's correct!! :3

If you need an order shipped to an address that is different than the one provided, please EMAIL us first so we can make sure we send it to the right one, otherwise we're no liable if we send it to the first address provided by Paypal.
