Custom orders:
Custom orders are a case-by-case basis. You are more than welcome to email us your requests- any drawings, photos, or detailed descriptions will help us decide if your request is something we can create. This also helps us give you a quote on your order! Please understand that we may or may not take your order based on our convention schedule and current work loads, but it never hurts to ask- you can email us at hellobasiik@gmail.com
Payment Options:
The fastest way to pay for your goods is through Paypal, but we also take money orders or checks. If you’d like to send us a mail-order, please factor in shipping costs and, most importantly, clearly indicate what hat (style, color, etc) you are ordering. Please consider the time it takes for mail to reach us, time for us to make your hat, and then shipping time!

Shipping and Handling:
All hats start at $3 S&H, and will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. For every extra hat you order, an extra $1 is added to your order to cover the cost of shipping.
We DO ship internationally at a rate if $5 for the first hat, and then $3 for each hat after. Provide an up to date address- I will write it down the exact way you give it to me, so make sure it’s correct!! PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR ADDRESS, we ship withing 2 days of your order, and if the hat has shipped and you find that the address you provided is incorrect, we are not at fault for replacing the lost hat.
We will ship to the address provided by Paypal. if you’re sending the hat to a friend, PLEASE change the address on Paypal so we send it to the right address, otherwise we aren’t liable for mailing it to whereever Paypal indicates. Again it is better to make sure we have the correct address prior to placing your order! We just want to make sure hats go to the right place!
